ADVANCED TRAINING OPTIONS

Team Training


Team Training develops sports specific skills.  While all of our programming achieves overall conditioning and benefits, teams often want to see training they recognize as “relative” to their sport.  Communication between the team coach and YES! coach is important to develop a game plan that will address the needs of the team and build skills as well as learn injury prevention techniques.
Our Team Training sessions will build the mental aspect of training as individuals sacrificing for the betterment of the team during training and competition.

One on One Training


Advanced One on One Training offers the best opportunity to meet the specific needs and goals of an individual. Depending upon the frequency of these workouts, the individual can reach goals much more quickly with “one on one” attention than what can be achieved in a large group setting.  In addition, the coach is able to “tailor” workouts which target areas to build strength, correct form, or “rehab” after injury. The rapport between the coach and client is also a key factor in One on One Training, so good communication and understanding of the client’s needs is key to success.

Buddy and Small Group Training

Buddy Training (two individuals) and Small Groups(3-5 people) are a natural choice for those who want to pursue similar goals or address specific issues and want more individualized coaching than is offered in large groups.
Bootcamps, and Team Challenges also fall under the small group training umbrella as well! Prizes, discounts and incentives often accompany these specialty group training options. If you enjoy the friendly group competition and ability to build towards your goals, nothing beats the intensity level of Buddy and Small Group Training.
