Our Approach We use a slow but dedicated approach to building strength, flexibility, and focus through technique based training. The amount of weight is not the primary emphasis. Our method allows anyone starting at age 8 to fully participate in our class with minimal threat of injury. Character and self-esteem rank top among our parents compliments about our program.
Our Recommendation YES! Olympic Weightlifting is for everyone. ALL sports with speed, endurance, explosiveness, and agility requirements benefit highly from corrective evaluation and strength elevation.
